What is your guarantee policy? We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund. Can you customize a basket? We can customize orders of 50 or more of the same item except during peak holiday times. Call 1-(800)-282-6828 for details. If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped? Please note we have negotiated exceptional shipping rates with UPS, who is our preferred carrier. Most deliveries arrive within 5 business days shipped via Federal Express (see map in site). For an additional $19.95 per package you can have your gift delivered the next business day. Orders must be placed by 10:00am Mountain Time (12:00pm Eastern Time) to ship that day. Do you offer shipping insurance? All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you! Can I ship my basket anywhere? Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or foreign addresses. Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets? Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card. Why do you need my recipient's phone number? Our Carriers must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery. When is the last day I can place an order for Christmas delivery? All orders that are received and confirmed by December 16, are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas with standard shipping charges. All orders received and confirmed after this date but prior to 11:45 am PST, December 19 will still arrive by Christmas by selecting 2-day Delivery, with an additional shipping charge of $9.95 per package (in addition to standard S&H). Orders received and confirmed after December 19 but prior to 11:45 am PST, December 20 will still arrive by Christmas by selecting Standard Overnight, with an additional shipping charge of $19.95 per package (in addition to standard S&H).
